I would like to try with with chicken breasts like someone else did and take them out early. I love the how the thighs turned out and my hubby ate them but dark meat is not his favorite. It’s a great recipe. This chicken is truly delicious. I have made this recipe four or five times already it's definitely a keeper. It doesn't make much extra sauce so if you want some to scoop over potatoes or pasta you should double the sauce. Made the recipie exactly as shown and it was delicious.  had some leftovers (only 2 of us in my house for now) and it was even better the next day! Added red pepper flakes as suggested (we love a little spice). It was almost like we had our own homemade chinese chicken! Served with steamed rice and broccoli. Made this for my family and they lapped it up. I skipped the dredging and air fried the chicken and added a splash of Worcestershire to the sauce along with fresh sage, rosemary and thyme. I made this early this morning to bring to my home that is being renovated. I also made a mistake and added too much olive oil! I tossed in a little bit of flour to correct that. I must say that this is one of the best chicken dishes I have tasted in a long time. It was super juicy and flavorful even after being reheated later in the day. This recipe is a big keeper.
